Hello again from Betabeers Barcelona. We'd like to invite you to our next session on Tuesday the 26th of April at Mobile World Centre

This event will feature talks both in English and Spanish. With this change we're aiming to transition into a more diverse group of speakers and attendees. We hope you welcome this changes as they will benefit our community in the long run.

¿Es Realm la base de datos definitiva para móvil? Hablaremos de realm para Android, veremos como usarlo y que nos proporciona, pero sobretodo sus beneficios y sus inconvenientes.

19:40: [Build Focus] | Tim Perry (@pimterry) [in English]
Build Focus is the result of a side-project by Tim. It trains you to concentrate, beat distraction, and reach your goals. If you loved the Pomodoro technique, this is going to help you stick to your time boxes. We'll talk about the principle behind Build Focus, how the project evolved from idea to product and the technical hurdles solved along the way.

Tim is a polyglot software developer and public speaker. He's a devoted open-source contributor, currently working as a technical lead at Softwire.

20:00: Lightning talks
Would you like to get started at Public Speaking but it's too soon for an extended talk? Do you have a great idea and would like to share? Would you like to speak about the latest tech you've been using? Open up a discussion? This is the right place for that. We'll give you a couple of minutes on stage so you can reach the audience.

20:15 through 21:00: Beer powered networking sponsored by Mobile World Centre & Estrella Damm
The best way to get to know each other and talk about the presentations, what we're working on and why we're attending Betabeers. Beer powered networking sessions make Barcelona a smaller city and Betabeers a bigger community.

Access
We're hosted in the second floor of the Mobile World Centre building. Right at the entrance there's a big Movistar store and some big stairs. Just go upstairs two floors.
