I'm a senior developer with experience in different types of roles, including consultant, team leader and serious techie. My skills beyond the technical domain make me an enthusiastic and active team member. I love to share my knowledge and I thrive off learning new skills. I am passionate about growing, improving and sharing, which is why I'm drawn to agile processes, and why I enjoy being so involved in the wider community. It's important for me to feel connected to people and to use that to strive for constant improvement – for myself, my team, my company, and the community. Whilst writing my blog and presenting at conferences, I've discovered that I can take complex, detailed concepts and distil them into something that's understandable to people of differing levels of ability.
