I love working as part of a team. During my life I moved (countries, cities and continents) a lot because different causes, this gave me a very useful capacity to adapt to different kind of environments. I am a very positive person, doesn't get stressed. I am leading a team of 3 people at this moment but they were 5 in the past. They see on me a natural leader showing a lot of respect to my self and my knowledge. I am their first stop when they have technical and non technical questions regarding the work and the company. I am very organized without loosing a natural flexibility to adapt to any kind of problem that arises during the work. Because I don't get stressed I am known as a good crisis handler. In both places were I worked with special systems (Promis and Flumotion streaming platform). I learned the how-things-work very fast. I love to learn by my self and this let me face a lot of projects, even when I don't know the tool beforehand.
