I am a Project and Sales Manager at Dilax Intelcom Ibérica. In this role I lead national and international projects, and I work strategically with our customers to create value by using our technological solutions. I work the entire scope of companies from corporations like CAF (train manufacturer) to H&M (fashion retailer) to smaller transport authorities.
Before joining Dilax Intelcom Ibérica I acquired significant experience at various national and international ventures over my 16 years of professional career. I ran a family business and launched new ventures producing, distributing and retailing in the meat industry. I worked as consultant in Germany and as Engineer designing the cars you drive (Continental) and the airplanes that fly you arounf the world (Airbus). During my career and education I have acquired international experience working with teams from the US, South Korea, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Brazil, Singapore…
I consider continuous improvement as the pathway to excellence, and I apply this motto to me by continuously educating myself. I have studied Industrial Engineering in Spain, Mechanical Engineering in Germany. I am a certified Project Manager fluent in Spanish, English and German. I got a Global Executive MBA at IE Business School, which is ranked the second best in the world by The Economist.
People, creativity, curiosity, will power and not taking anything for granted have been the key to my success.
As a true believer that one person is reflected equally in his personal and professional life I have cultivated my passions as hobbies. I played rugby where I learnt a lot about team work, I travel the world to keep discovering how much I have to learn, and I love to support my people in reaching their personal goals.
