What you’ll do?

• Launch from MVPs to complex systems, selecting technology stacks, designing application architectures, setting scalable cloud-based infrastructure &performing testing 

• Write performant and testable code (scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant)

• Direct strategic technical vision for the company and anticipate shifts in technology

• Be responsible for the delivery of all software and own the product roadmap

• Build, manage, coach, engage, and motivate the technology & product team

• Be responsible for the security & privacy of all stakeholders

What you’ll bring?

• ...have a BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

• ...have +5 years of full-stack (preferably back-end) engineering experience with modern tools & frameworks

• ...are able to work both independently and with a small team

• ...are hands-on, data-driven and self-motivated 

• ...understand the importance of owning the work you do and its quality

• ...are able to understand and get involved in product and business decisions

• ...are able to achieve results in a fast-paced & constantly changing environment
