In this talk, Iyas, who has led technology companies and teams from a 2 person startup to over 500 people, talks through a process and structure to start and scale a company, and how he's used processes borrowed (or stolen!) from Scrum and Kanban to help leaders of startups and scaleups to manage their businesses. ------------------------- About the Speaker: Iyas Alqasem Iyas started his tech career as a Business Intelligence database developer. From there, he led teams and companies through startup, acquiring and being acquired, turnaround, rapid growth, and IPO on AIM.
