(Feedback is more than welcome about this, please feel free to post in the comments) Continuous Delivery and the 3 Ways. Lean practices revolutionized the industrial car manufacturing in the 80s. The Three Ways: flow, feedback and continual learning changed the industrial world as we know it and now they are also changing the way we develop software. Continuous Delivery is the cornerstone of the implementation of lean practises in software development. At this Meetup we will describe what Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery is, and we will detail how to get there. We will discuss about the problems and resistance that you may find in the implementation of Continuous Delivery and how to overcome it. Please, join us and be part of this new revolution.
