FAST Agile is a system for organic collaboration on creative endeavors - from the small scale to the large. FAST was designed as an agile scaling model built on Open Space Technology (OST). It differs to all other scaling models in that FAST builds a network of developers instead of siloed teams. There is still some notion of teams, but they are formed and reformed dynamically around work.FAST can be applied to smaller scale efforts also.
