We will use our app Lima to show you which resources are better than others, and how to reduce the risk of failure. We will be taking into consideration the product's business goals and the relationship with the execution: UX/UI design, and Android & iOS development. We will also teach you some of the methodologies we apply as a team in real products to reduce this risk.
