NB: Date to be confirmed! Polyglot Persistence is about using different data storage technologies for different kinds of data. I.e a website can use an RDBMS for most of the stuff but Redis for sessions. Martin Fowler wrote an article about it https://www.martinfowler.com/bliki/PolyglotPersistence.html#footnote-first-use The idea is to give a short introduction about the topic, what problems can solve, what problems can create and how to solve the "product catalog" part with CouchDB.
