Av. Trinidad, 61, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España

We are lucky to count on Dr. Shane Sokoll as a speaker for this meetup. Hi is in Tenerife for a few weeks and kindly accepted our invitation to join us. Abstract:“Organizational culture eats strategy for breakfast!” (Peter Drucker) In other words, an organization can have the best strategies and plans to reach higher levels of success; however, without the right culture, such plans will be difficult to implement, and perhaps impossible. So, why do so few leaders take action to improve their organization’s culture? The answer is simple. Most consider organizational culture to be intangible and immeasurable. Thus, few know where to begin, nor how to demonstrate the ROI associated with the time and money spent on culture related initiatives.Dr. Shane Sokoll will discuss the topic “Measuring the Immeasurable: Organizational Culture”.
