We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer/Project Manager with experience in Software Architecture, Project Management, C++, Python coding, Atlassian Team City, GIT or similar.

Our client, a Madrid-based start-up medical device company, is developing a “first-in class” optically guided device for cardiovascular interventions. The Company’s lead product, incorporates advanced image processing for which coding has to be optimized to allow processing of enormous amounts of data in real time. Engineers need to enable communication between the medical device and the operating room monitor. The images generated by the device will enable the surgeon to control the outcome of an intervention in real time optimizing long-term success.

Required Skills & Requisites:

• Modern C++ coding experience (more than 8 years).
• Continuous integration software experience: Atlassian TeamCity, GIT or similar.
• Agile methodology for software development.
• Parallel programming experience.
• Software architecture and computer architecture experience (more than 3 years).
• Experience on safety critical applications (more than 3 years).
• Experience developing software for complex systems.
• Experience on managing teams (at least 1 year).
• English level C.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
