Reliable email hosting with solid spam filter?

  My small business is currently with Midphase, but their spam filtering sucks. SpamAssasin is worthless.
  
  I'm looking for an email host with strong spam filtering (SpamExperts?)
  - 20 mailboxes
  - 10 aliases
  - 5 GB disk space
  - dedicated IP
  - SSL certificate for IMAP/SMTP
  - Budget: $150/year
  
  I have no use for web hosting, WordPress, MySQL, etc. Just looking for email hosting.
  
  I'm leaning to Yahoo small business. Yes I know they 'suck'. But I just want reliable spam filtering, and I assume they are really good at that. I have searched on google.com and interested with asphostportal.com.
  
  Any body have experience with this provider? or any suggest
