This month's event comes courtesy of the ever-supportive WALLAPOP crew, with 2 main talks and a lightning talk from the team. Super Smash Bros: Compile Limit Edition (talk) Do you work with a large codebase? Does it contain thousands of Swift files? Then you might hit an annoying issue with which you won't be able to compile. After hitting us for 2 years now, we may have some experience working around it. Hear the story of what this issue is, and how we heroically dealt with it (disclaimer: there're no dragons involved). What the sheet? (lightning talk) Devs are from Mars and designers from Venus? Maybe, but the truth is that we both are human beings and we don't speak such different languages. We must understand each other. In this talk, we'd like to show our approach working with a global style sheet. Wallapop as? Lego (talk) Static libraries... Dynamic Frameworks... We may have a guide about how to build our app modules but, in the end, we always end up with something like a Lego monster, don't we? At Wallapop, we work on a large Swift + Objective-C codebase that's been living for 6 years now, with 9 iOS developers, you can imagine the kind of headache this might be.
