Senior WebmasterERIKA LUST FILMS is a film company based in Barcelona creating new waves in adult cinema since 2005. Erika Lust Films provides a home for those seeking an alternative to mainstream porn: where the feminine viewpoint is vital, the aesthetic is a pleasure to all of the senses, and eroticism and innovation are celebrated.
As a company we have fully embraced the digital world and we are focused on providing a high quality experience to our customers. Currently we have over 50K daily visits on our sites, so we are doing a big investment on development and trying to follow what the industry demands.
That’s why we are hiring a Senior Webmaster to join Erika Lust team. The successful applicant will work closely with our Development Agency to build, improve & maintain web based applications and also with Content department to keep the sites updated with any change required. You will be expected to bring new ideas improve the current architecture and processes. Additionally, the candidate joining the team might become the company CTO in the near future and then he will be in charge of the whole company IT.
Main Responsibilities
Define and implement the IT strategy for the company.
Manage the external providers (development agency, hosting provider, …).
Evaluate and implement new technologies/systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible for data security of the platform.
Some development will be required from time to time.
Requirements
Great problem solving skills.
Full-stack developer with good knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, MySQL and GIT.
Basic sys-admin knowledge.
Experience with Wordpress.
Used to work with Vagrant, Docker or other deployment tools.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Bonus skills
Experience on Cloud Services (AWS, Google ...).
Experience building scalable and resilient 24x7 internet services.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience running A/B testing
