You will be responsible for responding to 10-30 email support tickets every day, 90% of which are in English.
This is an entry-level role for a bright and customer-oriented individual who wants to gain exposure to every part of our business, with a particular focus on client support and business operations. We are looking for people excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing company.
- You are extremely good at email
- You have a very high level of WRITTEN English
- You are familiar with email clients like Gmail
- You get excited about helping people
